Housing experiments - post-war housing construction

How do we want to live? This was a central question of the economic miracle. For prosperity grew, the demands on living changed and the picture changed as well.
of family, work and leisure were changing. Many projects from this time tried to give answers. Some failed, others are still very popular today.
Our bus tour takes you to the housing experiments of the 1960s and 1970s, including the hill houses in Marl, the Finnstadt in Dorsten, the Girondelle in Bochum and the Hannibal in Dortmund.


• Date: 2 September, 10:30 o´clock - approx. 18:00 o´clock

• Starting point: Hannibal - Bornstr. 77-85, 44145 Dortmund (in front of the entrance)

• End point: The tour ends in Dorsten Wulfen with a tour of the project "Goodbye Utopia - back to the city of the future". From here you can take our bus back to the starting point.

End of the tour approx. 16:30 o'clock, arrival in Dortmund approx. 18:00 o'clock.
